Randolph J. Nogel, President and CEO

Randolph Nogel brings to Stonewater nearly 25 years of experience in business planning and project development as an attorney and project manager specializing in strategic alliances and international business development. Prior to joining Stonewater, Mr. Nogel was Managing Director of SC&M, an investment banking firm and Of Counsel to Hutchins and Stiff, LLC.

Mr. Nogel received his undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska and a law degree from the University of Denver College of Law. He has served on numerous corporate and civic boards.

Kevin Kriegel, Vice President, Engineering

Since joining Stonewater in 2000, Kevin Kriegel has been responsible for all aspects of hardware and software design and testing, systems deployment and custom projects. He has more than 20 years' experience in robotics hardware, field service and systems engineering.

Mr. Kriegel founded VisionMix Technologies, a firm specializing in robotics systems, in 1995. Prior to that he was Vice President of Engineering for Litho-Tronics Inc. Previously, Mr. Kriegel traveled internationally for LogE-Tronics installing and repairing satellite reconnaissance and medical imaging technologies.

Mr. Kriegel graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science degree in communications and is a founding member of the Association for Independent Service Engineers.

John Dobbins, Director, Business Development

John Dobbins directs all sales and marketing activities for Stonewater Control Systems. He has more than 15 years of sales and marketing experience in the IT industry and has managed sales teams for several mid-size organizations. Most recently, he spent eight years selling ERP and CRM software to enterprise and mid-market companies.

Mr. Dobbins previously served as President of Northwest Investments and President of RPM, an ERP systems reseller. He served for three years on the CAE (Certified Account Executive) Board for Microsoft. He graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science degree in sociology.

Today Stonewater provides powerful, managed platforms for centrally controlling virtually any critical system from remote operating centers.
